Thought we would look at a dressier pic today, I'm guessing very mixed reviews on this one.

I think Mandy Moore is B-E-A-Utiful. I don't think I would wear the dress in such a bright color, I'm more boring and would love it in black.... but she looks great IMO.

I think it's a GREAT look on her and I kinda like the color of the dress with her hair color and complexion :) She's such a pretty girl...

Originally, I thought, 'hey, why didn't she spray tan' but then I thought that with the hair color, it really is beautiful on her.
