I know I don't make my bed everyday..... what's the point?

i don't make it everyday when he's here though i do have to say it is wonderful when the sheets are all nice and crisp. i might do that after the baby is born so it just feels a little more luxurious getting into bed

Heck no. We didn't make it when he was home, either though. :lol

Mostly it's that I have no inclination to waste time on things like that when I'm going off of 4 or less hours of sleep and the kid is crying and wants breakfast. :oops

You won't, trust me. You will feel as though your bed is heavenly even if it has clean clothes all over it that need to be folded. Just getting to lie down will feel luxurious. :giggle

Toby is a stickler about making the bed. He can not handle an unmade bed :giggle So when he is here, I have to! And most of the time he beats me to it ha ha ha. But when he was gone, before I never did because i saw no point in it because i was going to be unmaking it in just a few short hours. But now that I have Ellie, I prefer it to be made because we play on the bed and I dont like the blanket and sheets all tangled up.

Nope. I don't make it when he's home either. He's the last one out so he makes it! :giggle

i dont really ever make mine, only when i put clean sheets on my bed, so once a week.

db is crazy about making the bed, he makes his every single day, so he says we will have ours made everyday, thats fine with me, he can do it :giggle

i just see no point, it looks nice, but im gonna get back in it at the end of the day and mess it all up :lol

lol nope. I did just before he came hom for R&R and sometimes during, like the first two days he was here. But definately not anymore.

I don't make my bed when Mike is here because I know he'll make it for me :rofl He's an absolute neat freak, and so am I.

I do because I like my bed to be pretty lol and I read on it. And I dont like anything in my sheets. I am crazy about my sheets.

If he's here or not, I always make the bed, I just like being able to come home to a nice clean room and a made bed. Im a neat freak anyway

I don't make it when he's home! LOL!! I will sometimes get on a cleaning kick and do it but not always!

I make mine everyday.... there have been a day or two that I haven't because I've basically laid in bed all day.....but for me, a nice made bed makes everything seem so much neater in our small bedroom.....and I also read on it, and fold laundry on it so I like for it to be made......and one of the best feelings to me is to slip into a nicely made bed.. there's just something about it(esp.if the sheets have just been washed)..... I enjoy it so much that when hubby is home he'll make sure he makes the bed for me while I'm getting ready for bed (if it has gotten messed up due to his napping and such)......

Honestly.. My room is a complete MESS.. and my bed.. well it aint been made in.. 9 months? lol Lord forgive me.. ahhh!

I do make it on occasions though and I should do it more often because it makes the bed and bedroom look "nicer" than a big pile of mess on the bed.

I have trouble doing it when he is here! When he was gone- I was at home anyway, so it got made maybe 4-5 times a week. I'm doing it less right now though- 3-4 times a week.

Some weeks I will do it everyday- then there are some when I will do it when I can be bothered :P

I think I'm like that because I'm rebelling against how my Dad MADE us make our bed day in and day out. He even opened up my CLOSED door to see if I made it. Up til about a year ago, my dad STILL did that when I came home to visit. I bitched and complained for him to put a stop to it...

yep I make my bed every morning. I hardly move when I sleep so its simple. just pull the sheet tight and everything else is dandy. Now I have not been putting the fancy pillows in their places but they are still on the bed just stacked on his side.

I also make Lilys bed and Cory makes his own on days he remembers.

I'm OCD about the bed being made. It has to be made.

Lol I'm the opposite, Tim could care less if the bed is made, and I'm normally gone before he gets up so I can't make it since he's still in bed and when I get home its to late to make it but when he is gone its gets made every day

My parents never made us make the bed when we were younger. At least from what I can remember, but now they all make their beds but me.
