Britt 07-03-2007, 08:23 AM I just spent $250 -- but it was on my homecoming outfit! :cp
I can also wear it to my sister's rehearsal dinner in September, so it's dual-purpose!
I got myself a dress, peep-toe heels, new bra and panties (black lace!) and a new black purse! (OK, OK I also got 2 other pairs of shoes! :P :giggle)
OK - here it is. The dress is Lane Bryant and is actually has an eye-let overlay. It's so cute!
The shoes & purse are - don't laugh! - WALMART! I was so excited when I found them because they were only a 2 inch heel. All of the peep-toes at Target were 3 1/2 or higher with a platform and I just don't trust myself or my knee in that high of a heel yet!

The dress fits me RIGHT NOW, so I have a feeling I'm going to have to cinch it in 3-4 weeks and have it taken in by September (if it all goes as planned).

Thanks everyone! I'm really excited. I decided last night I'm going to get my hair cut and maybe have my highlights put back in. :yes I haven't gotten purdied up for DJ in a while, I'm sure he misses it.

Kelsey 07-03-2007, 10:06 PM I love all of it! Those shoes are a great find at Wal-Mart! Sometimes they have the best shoes, sometimes they have nothing--it's definitely hit or miss! I bought one of my favorite pairs of shoes awhile ago at Wal-Mart--wore them every day for over a year and they were still in great shape!
