Dori is just coming out of her shell pretty quickly :bunny:
Yesterday I found one little quirck of miss Dori, she likes to chew on my carpet :tsktsk. So I'm trying to find ways to divert her from that. BUT
Oh man, Dori was making my heart melt this morning, I'm sure buns like this a lot, but I just found out how much she LOVES getting petted on the head :). Before work, I lay down with her next to her cage and petted her a bit, she went low to the ground and let me do it. Then as soon as I stopped she stood up, then I put my hand close to her again on the floor, and she put her head down and nuddged my hand so I could keep petting her! If I stopped and moved my hand to the side of her head, she would turn her head around and put her face under my palm so I could keep petting her. OMG it was to die for. I petted her for like 20 minutes, I would stop for a minute and move further away, and she would come closer to me and try to move her head close to my hand. This little girlie is just stealing my heart :smitten

What a small world! A lady on another board I'm on, happens to volunteer at the same Humane Society as me, and when I posted about Dori, she recognized her and said she had pictures of Dori from May, when she arrived, when they were putting her on the website trying to get her adopted :). How cool is that. Here are the pics from the shelter she showed me of my Dori:
