My dh and I love Hashbrown Casserole...He wants it all the time, well when he is here...what is your guys fav. and the recipe for it?

Hashbrown Cassrole

1-30oz pkg. Shredded Hashbrowns(thawed or frozen)
1/2 stick Margarine
16.oz Sour Cream
1 bag of sharp shredded cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 chopped onion
1tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt Margarine(you can cook the onion in the butter till onion is soft), add sour cream. soup, onion, salt & pepper. Mix hashbrown & chesse. Bake in 9x13 pan for 30 min. at 350.

i dont know how to cook. and i dont know any casserole recipes... but yours sounds deeeelicious :hungry

Turkey Club Sub Casserole

-2 1/2 cups cooked turkey, diced
-5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1 med chopped tomato
-1/2 cup mayo
-1 1/2 cup monteray jack cheese
-1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
-1 pkg flaky layer biscuits divided into halves or thirds

Layer ingredients in order given in greased casserole dish. Bake 375 for 20 mins.

I like tuna casserole. My mom always made it with sour cream...

TACO CASSEROLE

Crescent rolls
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed Dorito chips
Lettuce, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Black olives
Sour cream

PreHeat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread crescent rolls in bottom of pan to make crust. Brown hamburger and drain. Mix with taco seasoning according to package. Spread hamburger mixture over crescent rolls. Top with shredded cheese. Bake according to instructions on crescent rolls. *I think it's about 25 minutes or so*

Top with your favorite topping (lettuce, tomatoes, Doritos, olives, sour cream, etc.).

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 40 min
Makes: 6 servings, 1 cup each

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken (i usually use more)
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese



PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with the basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through. (I also bake it longer so the stove top is crunchier)

Serving Suggestion
Serve with cooked green beans and a bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Reduced Fat Dressing.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, omitting the garlic and using STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix Italian Style with Roasted Garlic.
