Ingredients for bars: Ingredients for icing:
4 eggs 1 package cream cheese
1 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup oil 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Bars:

beat together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil and sweet potatoes until light and fluffy. Stir together flour baking powder cinnamon salt and baking soda. Add to sweet potato mixture and mix thouroughly. Spread batter in ungreased 15X10X2 baking pan. Bake in ove at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese icing. Cut into bars.

Icing: cream together cream cheese and butter. Stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. beat until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Makes 2 dozen bars!
