Do you send invitations to your brisdesmaids and groomsmen?

I dont know what etiquette suggests but I would - they may like to have them as a keepsake.

there is this book called
Contemporary Guide to Wedding Etiquette by Diane Warner
it gives a good list of all the stuff each person (bride's family, groom's family, maid of honor, best man, etc) are supposed to do, and all that sort of stuff. my grandma bought it for me.
The Bride's Book of Lists is another good book, it has money saving hints and all that stuff plus it helps organize your thoughts and has good questions to ask when you interview a band, dj, florist, etc and a place to record their answers.
