Well I'm at James' and there's a bunch of salmon fillets in the freezer, well we are moving on Sunday so it needs cooked, any good recipes that don't recquire much?

What about salmon patties?

my husband just made me salmon not too long ago for me for the first time. the first time i have EVER had salmon. lol. he cooks the salmon in a skillet (he cuts in up in smallish peices) and then he mixes mustard and honey in a bowl for like a little sauce, and adds to to the salmon when its almost done. ITS SOOOOOOO GOOD!! i have had him make it like 3 times in the past 2 weeks. lol.

I usually marinate them in Lawry's 30 min marinade or salad dressings like italian, or balsamic vinegrette, then pop them in the oven or put them on the grill.
