I have recently been put on bedrest due to complications with my pregnancy, and I'm wondering if there's any *fairly* inexpensive hobbies that you guys could suggest, since I'm basically stuck in bed or on the couch all day long bored out of my mind..lol. Thanks!

knit or crochet, you can make a baby blanket for the newest addition. that is about all i got at the moment.. i am sure some other ladies can think of good things too

bookmaking. just get someone to pick up a book about it and some nice paper. it's cool if you are creative like me. i'm actually making a diary right now to help cope with anthony being gone.
hope you feel better. =]

I second the crocheting and knitting! :yes its easy and with having nothing else to do, you can get a lot of stuff made!

1. You could make your own baby announcements.
2. Cross Stitching
3. Reading (search online for titles and then have friends pick them up at the library for you)
4. Jewelry making
Good luck! (just don't let it get you down. I only had to do 1.5 months of bed rest, but I remember how boring it was!)

Am I the only one who thought video games? Most guys have some kind of video game system already and it wastes lots of time.

I was also going to suggest crocheting or knitting. LOTS of cute baby patterns are out there.
Reading, of course.
And this website. :-)
