I just rubbed Icy Hot all over tony's back and legs without thinking. Should I have not touched it? Is it something I am suppossed to stay away from??

It does suggest using ONLY with a doctor's approval during pregnancy/breastfeeding but I wouldn't worry too much about one time exposure - just give your hands a good washing to remove any traces still soaking into your skin.
