What kind do you feed your puppy/dog? Do you think the brand matters?

I feed my pup science diet in a can mixed with puppy milk replacement (as suggested by my vet)

just wondering what you all thought. It's a bit expensive, but if it really matters, I will keep feeding him that. He seems to like it alot.

What do your doggies eat? regular food, canned food, dry? what brand? what brand do you think is best?

Our puppy eats Wellness.. we have to order it on the internet.. it's about 27 dollars for a 30lb. bag.. it's expensive.. but I believe that.. you pay for what you get..even with dog food!

Brand definatly matters. You want a high crude protien, moisture etc. Science diet is a very good brand.

I feed Doy DOy Iams puppy dry food. He doesnt get wet food, only dry. But I put a little of the iams puppy gravy in there and some warm water and mix it up. He is fine with this

I feed my pup Iams puppy large breed.

Brand definitely does matter. I've noticed that in some of my other pets!!

I think brand and ingredients both matter. With the more expensive brands, you will find that there are less fillers. Your pet wont eat as much, and wont go to the bathroom as much either.

Mine all eat Natures Recipe Lamb & Rice. I have 3 dogs with skin problems and allergies, and its the easiest on their allergies.

When looking at the ingredients, you want something that doesnt list CORN as one of the top 5 ingredients. Corn is non digestible, and has no nutritional value for the dogs.
