Ingredients:

4-6 strips of bacon
18 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese *your choice of cheese*
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and dry. In a large bowl beat eggs, add milk cheese sourcream onions salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 13X9 baking dish. Crumble bacon onver the top. Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes. Knife inserted in center should come out clear. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

I have also substituted breakfast ham, or ground sausage in this dish. Both turn out great.
