Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 lbs boneless pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 medium onions chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn drained
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cook noodles according to package directions in a large skillet. Cook pork and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain noodles, stir noodles corn soup salt and pepper into pork mixture.
Transfer to a greases 3 qt baking dish. cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover bake an additional 15 minutes.
