I have to take a written test on 8/4 for the Superior Court of California. I've been working in the legal field for years but lets just say it's better to brush up on stuff that you haven't used in awhile. Does anyone know of any good study guides or a particular law library that would have information on Legal Procedures and Terms? :pray
