I have my first appointment with the fertility clinic tomorrow and I am absolutely terrified! I feel silly but I want to cancel it just to avoid the possibility of being told that there is something wrong. I really don't want to go there on my own!

If its your very very first appt, there is nothing to worry about! They are just going to have you fill out paperwork and might do a pap. Its the easiest appointment of them all! Good luck sweety!!!

I'm getting myself worked up over nothing. They're only doing blood tests etc tomorrow so I won't be told anything, yet I've been having panic attacks and trouble sleeping for the past few days :neutral It's rediculous and I wish I could stop it!

Well... go take a nice bubble bath and chill... it's not a big deal, just treat it as any other OB/Gyno type appt. Hopefully it will shed light on what will help.
