so i've been even more exhausted than ever before no matter how much i sleep. i wasn't even this tired in the first trimester. i'm drinking enough water and not over doing it really (i still clean up around the house). also i'm so stiff and achy when i get up in the mornings or have been sitting for awhile. is this normal? i'm going to mention it today when i go to madigan but i was just wondering if it was normal
its allllllllllllllllllll normal :) perhaps increase your protein, calcium, and potassium intake with food

your body is adjusting to the development of the baby. and this is when the muscle cramps might start in. don't stay seated for very long without moving some. you might want to talk to your doctor about it. just incase he can recommend something.

Totally totally normal! Your body is changing to accomadate a new little one, and no one said it was a comfy process ;) lol
The exhaustion thing will last well....I am not sure when it ends because she is 8 months old and I'm still soooo tired! :lol But the acheyness will end after your body goes back to normal after having her. That is all I can really tell you. i wish I could say that it gets easier, but it doesnt :dunno I'm sorry!
