~*~Have an enchanting Thursday~*~

I agree with your point on the Harry Potter thing. I don't think it's appropriate for younger (like under 8 or 9) kids, but then again I've never read it so I wouldn't even know if it's something that younger kids would read. I'm thinking probably not, it seems to be a complex kind of story. I do think though that parents really need to step up and parent. It seems like these days parents don't want to be inconvenienced by their children. Which leaves us with a generation filled (for the most part) with kids and young adults who have little respect and few core values. :giggle Ok, I may have gone a little crazy there, but I feel very strongly about parents needing to parent not friend or even worse, plain ignore. I swear, I'm shhhing now! :)

So any plans for your Thursday? You stay at home with your son, what kinds of things do you guys do during the day?

Well, I hope that your day unexpectedly brings something special!

Oh and I think they were filming some kind of special with Julie Andrews. And I think I'm psychic! :lol (About the sailboat.) I love sailboats. I've never been out on one but it seems like it'd be amazing. I've been out on speedboats and stuff and I love being out on the water.

oh thats a beautiful Cinderella picture.

Oh and I dont think Harry Potter is for really younger children since the movies are getting more darker. I wouldnt let Robbie read them until he is much older and can understand that this stuff is just made up and not real. He would be to scared to watch those movies. we dont watch them with him around.

we dont have much planned today. I am still making my way thru laundry LOL. we had a ton to do after vacation.

Oh I can only imagine the laundry pile! That's the one thing I hate about vacations, unpacking. But it's worth it in the end. Does Robbie like to help around the house? I have a nephew, well he's 11 now, (the time just flies, I swear I was just holding a little baby a few years ago and now he's growing up!) but he loves helping. He goes to my grandmother's and helps her with her flowerbeds outside and things. It's really nice.

Well I hope your day is a good one! :)

oh even though I am not doing much today I am having a fairly good day.

Oh Robbie loves to help around the house when its something he really wants to do like vaccuming and helping put clothes in the washer and dryer.

That's always nice when they like to help! I remember when I was little I absolutely loved dusting. :giggle It's funny to me now because I absolutely hate it. I'm a vaccumer. Our house gets done probably once a day, if not, every other day.
We're not doing much around the house here either. I've got a bunch of cleaning to do and that's about it. It's nice when the chore list is short. :) Tomorrow is going to be a jam packed day so we're taking it easy while we can today.

Do you have anything planned for this weekend?

well we need to try to get our jeep into the shop to get them to fix the tailgate since something is broken and we cant get it open and we really didnt have time to fix it before we went on vacation and my hubby had a fun time trying to pack the jeep with just being able to open the top part and not the bottom part. hopefully it wont cost to much to get it fixed but it does need to get fixed.

Oh car repairs are the worst. Is it just me or do you always feel like their screwing you? :lol I can't believe how much things cost sometimes. I hope it's not too expensive. Do you guys have a place that you go to? I bet it was a pain in the butt to get it packed like that.

oh he got everything packed but he just now called me to tell me that they cant fix it this week and that we will have to take it next week to get fixed. so i guess we will just be cleaning this weekend plus I want to put the pictures we took on my hubbys 35mm camera and put them in our Disney photobook we bought.
