Do or have any of you ladies gone to see a movie alone?
I just moved where I dont know a lot of people yet and DH is deployed. The friends I do have here I just dont want to go with, I guess I was alone time (weird) I was just curious if any of you who have deployed DB/DF/DHs do it? I never have ..yet... Its just a thought

yup. i have, it's nicer because there is no one asking you annoying questions.. but sometimes it sucks because there is no one you can say funny things to.

I try to take myself out once a week or so and usually it's to the movies:P I always go alone, but I got to the afternoon show, rather then the evening one. Then I don't feel wierd or anything and there are usually a few single people there.

never have. jen does it all the time tho. to relax and just get away. joe always encourages me to, but i haven't gotten up the guts to do it yet.

I (L) going to a movie alone. Can go when I'm ready, get food if I want or not, sit wherever, no one to talk to me during the film. It's GREAT! Try it, go to a daytime matinee on like a Tuesday when it's dead. You will like it :yes

Yes I would dinner & a movie alone can be very relaxing.

i never did. i always go with either family or friends...it's too weird in my opinion to go alone >.<

ive never done it although i have thought about it. it kinda makes me feel sad though so i never actually go through with it. but it sounds like a lot of people do it, so maybe you would really enjoy it :)

I do it even when my SO is here! I enjoy it! :)
