Has anyone else seen this movie? This is my absolute favorite love story movie. I read the book after I watched the movie and they were both good! What do you guys think?

Nicholas Sparks is my favorite author. I read the book a looooong time ago when it first came out and was hooked. The movie is good, but the ending sucks. It's not the same as the book :(

It's one of my favourite films! I read the book after watching the film so the ending doesn't bother me so much.

Sorry, my post wasn't aimed at you! :oops It's just easier to like a film adaptation if you haven't read the book yet.

Personally, I have not been really happy with any of the movie versions of Nicholas Sparks books. I'm like that with all books converted to movies though because I prefer the story in it's orginal form vs. having changes made to it.

Yeah sadly to say no book can be just like a movie...I wish it could but most of the time when books are converted to movies, they're not the same
