I just found out that after his 6 month check up and shots yesterday, they decided to evaluate him and he is at the learning capacity of a 3 month old and he is developmentally slow :tears
There are also some other mental/physical things that are wrong with him, but they arent for sure on the diagnosis cuz he needs to have some more tests run :tears This is sooo sad!!!
If you have any to spare, please send your prayers her way :pray

She has many prayers coming from me. Having a child with epilepsy is never easy, I don't know how my sister does it.

I am sooooo sorry. My nephew has epilepsy, too. He is 4 now. He had his first, ok I'm totally gonna butcher the spelling here so please forgive me, grandmal siezure when he was 1. He has improved somewhat but at first his development was very delayed. He gets better when he lives with my in-laws but when my SIL has him he reverts back. Many many thoughts and prayers going her and her little boy's way. :pray:hugs:pray:hugs

I have epilepsy, and as an adult its extremely hard. I can't imagine watching my child suffer with it. My son had a febrile seizure once and it was the most horrible thing to experience as a parent.
Good thoughts for your friends and their son. :goodvibes

I have epilepsy as well, and while it can be quite difficult to deal with, most can still manage a fairly normal life. Don't give up hope!
