Well my daughter is 4 months old, and I am 4 weeks pregnant. yay. It never fails. Right when we don't want to get pregnant, we end up getting pregnant. Any suggestions on how to handle two little ones in diapers? Because I am kind of going crazy.

Congrats! As for the diaper thing? I would save coupons, budget an extra pack every week, watch sales and clearances. (Good luck!)

I got pregnant with Hunter when Shelbs was only about 6-7 months old. They are 15 months apart, almost down to the day. So, they are close together and I can tell you first hand that it's difficult sometimes but it's totally doable. The first couple of weeks were the hardest but it's been smooth sailing since then. We have our days that are more difficult but don't sweat it too much b/c it's not as hard as I thought it would be. You learn to have double the patience.... it comes out of nowhere when you think you don't have any more left :lol Congrats and it'll be okay (L)

Congrats!!!!! Have you looked into cloth diapers??? Just an idea......but if not, http://www.cottonbabies.com/index.php?cPath=28. One of my good friends is about to have her baby and she is all into organic stuff.....she purchased a few of these.

Anyway, if not the cloth ones then all the other ladies have great advice.

Congrats! Mine arent THAT close but Ethan is still semi in diapers and obviously Ashley is too. I imagine it will be tough at times but think of that bond your little ones will have being SOOOOOOO close in age. Irish twins!!

As for diapers... Stock up now while you are able. Buy a pack a payday. Or if you dont want to do that get a walmart giftcard and every payday add the amount that a pack or 2 of diapers would be. This way when the baby comes You will be set for awhile.

i agree with the cloth diapers thing if you are interested in that. we are doing it mainly for financial reasons and that we are hoping to have our kids close in age.

Congrats!!!! I agree with stocking up. We stocked up on diapers the whole time I was pg with Evan. We had to go buy some sooner than we hoped since he grew so fast (alot faster than our other 2) but we still had a really good supply. I agree with WIC, too. We qualified once I got pg with Evan and I jumped at the opportunity. It saves a good amount of money each month between all the stuff we get. I will say on the diaper end it does get a bit expensive and at times I get confused on who I need to buy diapers for. There have also been times, not always at night either, that I have tried to a diaper on one of the boys and it was the wrong one. :giggle Oh, and rest as much as you can now.

I got pregnant with Kaylie when Cadence was 11 months, so it's not quite as close as yours, but still, they're both in diapers and it's very expensive. So I second the getting coupons and stocking up starting now!
As far as dealing with 2 little ones. For me it's a bit easier since Cadence will turn 2 soon, she's very independent, she talks, she feeds herself, so it's not too hard. You do get a double shot of patience though...and you need it, lol.

My mom had my brother and I 12 months apart as well, and she said she actually enjoyed getting us through those stages all at once.

Thanks guys. I have been out of town for a little while. I just got home and checked my voicemail. Doctor said that upon further consideration, she wants to brace me for the possibility we might be having twins. She said apparently my hormones are abnormally high. Could it be any more difficult?

This may seem crazy but it is SOOO much easier. I got pregnant again when lauryin was 3 months old. I LOVE The way they are spaced because there isnt much jealousy. Just make sure you have enough of the right size diapers (in a sle deprived stupor I tried to put a newborn on my toddler that was messy) ITs not as hard as you think it will be when they start sleeping through the night everything is gravy.... or maybe Im just insane anyway congrats!
