Aww, that's really cute! How's your Saturday going?

My Saturday was nice. Went and ran some errands. How was your meeting? Any plans for today? I'm going to make sure the kids' back packs and school supplies are all labeled and we have everything before they start school on Tuesday. :dance

Wow! They start school really soon! My step-sister doesn't start until August 27th.

Today I have to go move my stuff out of my aunt's house. I'm not really looking forward to it but I have to do it!

My kids are in a 4 track year round school. They go for 3 months and then are off for a month. The only time the school is shut down is a week for 4th of July, the Th & Fr of Thanksgiving, 2 weeks at Christmas and all the federal holidays. Other than that, there's always kids at school. I love not having them out for months at a time. They really love school and a longer break would drive me nuts.

How did moving go? Did you get everything done?

Random question of the day: Which would you rather do: go to the movies or stay in and rent a movie?

Wow, that's a really neat idea for school. I've heard of that being done before but I don't know of any schools like that here in Texas. I'm sure there are some though. I'd rather have a bunch of little breaks than one bigbreak too.

Moving went okay. I was just moving from my aunt's to my mom's, it was just excess stuff from when I first moved to Houston. Most of it was junk. I still have to move from my mom's to my dorm room in two weeks.

If I'm with my friends I'd rather go to the movies, but if I'm with DB I'd much rather stay in and rent a movie! What about you?

When it comes to movies it really depends. DH and I get out so rarely without the kids. LOL Sometimes I jump at the chance to see a movie on the big screen. Other times I don't want to deal with other people's kids so I'd rather stay home and rent. I love watching action movies in a theater. At least the first time I see it. ;)

My Monday was very busy. Lots of last minute school shopping and I had to go to DMV :puke. How was your Monday? Anything planned for tomorrow? I get to drop the kids off at school. :cp

Ew, I hate the DMV. Worst place ever!

I had a super busy day at work! One of my co-workers is SO lazy! I work in a pharmacy, I went to lunch and I had EVERYTHING filled. I come back from lunch, and there is a stack printed out of 100+ prescriptions that needed to be filled! Sooo frustrating!!!

I have to work again tomorrow! :( Glad you get to take the kiddos to school! Are they excited?

I get so :angry irritated at people that get paid for doing so little, if anything while I bust my butt at a job. Maybe that person will get a clue today and actually earn their paycheck. Is there a way that they can see who filled which prescriptions? :thinking If so, then maybe mgmt might let that person go. :getout

The kids are super excited. My little one has been asking a million questions. She's starting 1st grade today. Big changes from kinder. Now she goes all day and gets to go to the "big kid" playround.

She cried at first this morning because I wouldn't stay with her, but she got over it. She came home happy, and wants to go back tomorrow, so that's a plus.
