Hi! I was just wondering if there are any families with kids living in Okinawa? I have three little ones, well 2 are getting ready to go to school later this month. My youngest is almost 2. I am thinking of starting a playgroup and wanting to meet other moms who live here. Have a great day all!!

We live on Kinser. My oldest is 6 1/2 yr old girl, a 5 yr old boy, and a 21 month old little girl. I would love to be able to meet new moms face to face. Let me know if you want to get together anytime! How do you like being here so far? We have only been here for 2 months now.

There is soo much to see here on the island. I was thinking of taking my son up to Ocean EXPO park this week. They have a free dolphin show there. It's a bit of a drive, but the kids love it. Let me know if you want to go.

If you've already gone, sorry I didn't respond sooner. I am thinking of doing something like that next weekend, before school starts for my kids. I am thinking though to one day this week go to the beach, since we can walk to it from our apartment. You can come if you would like. Just let me know!

Thanks for the update! We just came inside from playing at the park, kinda weird weather, not hot not windy, just kinda blah. Well, at least this time we are in our apartment for this one. Hopefully, my daughter starts school on Monday, so we should be able to go, depending on weather, Wednesday or Thursday, whichever is better. Just let me know.

I live in the tower right by the gate, 846, I use to stay in 1087 but after having my second baby we moved to 846. I would love to have a playdate with the kids. I just saw that we are in TC-3:thinking I needed to go to the commissary.

We live in 1086!! Just come over whenever you want and we can go to the park for a playdate with the kids! My hubby works nights, and he sleeps during the day, but you are more than welcome to come by and talk if you need too!! I just went to the commissary for a few items, but came out with a whole lot more!! Let me know if you need anything, I will do what I can!!

I have that problem with the comissary too. I can go in for one thing and come out with a cart full

:yay more Oki people. We will have to organise a day out so we can all meet. Does anyone know where kidsland is? I think I have an idea, put I haven't been there, sounds like fun though.
