Is having its yearly picnic at our agility trail...We all have to bring something..So i told dh what about buying a bunch of corn and we can grill it and have different toppings...
Do you think thats something good to bring!

Yeah its easy and I can make assorted melted butters for it...Cheap and Easy!

You don't need tomatos for a potato salad!! :giggle But it's not quite as healthy as a GREEN salad :lol

pasta salad

Yeah I actually think the corn is the best idea, because if you do some sort of mayo based salad you have to worry about keeping it cold. That's a pain.

yeah that's true. the pasta sald i've got isn't mayo based, it's red wine vinegrette based

here's my pasta salad recipe if you want it:
corkscrew noodles cooked and drained
mixed veggies (cauliflower, broccli, carrots) cooked
red wine vinegrette salad dressing
parmesean cheese
cook everything, mix it together and sprinkle parmesean cheese on top, stick in fridge until cool
