I dunno. She was some random nurse on the street.
Which made me think about that for a second. You simply can't do that in these times. He'd have been arrested for sexual assault on her if it had been today.
I've always like that photo, it's one of my favorites :)

ooo the nurse! we had something on SOS several months ago.. when the monument was put up.. the actual nurse was at that ribbon cutting or what ever you call it.

I was the one who posted that. I went to the unveiling and took pictures of the nurse. Shes 80 something now.

i think it i just sooo sweet ... he found out the war was over and just grabs her and kisses her. that is so effing cute
