SezzySue 08-07-2007, 11:31 AM i will be usin GI bill but because this is my first semester it takes a bit to kick in. SezzySue 08-07-2007, 11:31 AM mine are cheaper because it is the comunity college and the only one here. Rileysmom 08-07-2007, 11:40 AM for mine it won't. Yeah I meant SezzySue. Good luck with your courses! yeah i realized that after i posted lol. thanks. MichelleB 08-07-2007, 11:42 AM That's not too bad for that many classes. Good luck with everything. SezzySue 08-07-2007, 12:13 PM yeah its good enough for me. define 08-07-2007, 03:56 PM That's not bad for 5 classes. I pay $2,275 for 5 classes. Plus I have to pay for parking because the parking passes are given on a lotto basis, and usually the grad students and undergrad students get them first. Not looking forward to buying my books either. CoffeeGirl 08-07-2007, 03:57 PM :nutts:duh SezzySue 08-07-2007, 05:08 PM my sister had to do the parking passes too. i have never had to do that because its not a real campus really eeyore_adw 08-07-2007, 05:13 PM I just found out that with the job I just started yesterday, this company is pretty big on furthering your education...and will (I'm sure after jumping through some hoops on your end) give you up to 10,000 for undergraduate/bachelors ..and up to 15000/year for masters... so.......that means I may go ahead and start my masters... well not right now, but maybe after the first of the year! I gotta check into it some more. But I hope you get it all worked out, I know how tough it is to come up with that money....and BTW..books are freaking crazy expensive...sheesh. *~*Cori*~* 08-07-2007, 05:17 PM I lucked out with my pell grant and another grant so I won't pay anything for my 3 classes or books... they will cut me a check for whatever is left after they pay the classes/books and that should be about $400 or so. I was shocked but happy. My classes are just $67/credit hour at the Community College so it is like $670 or so for 10 hrs. Good luck with your classes Sweetie!!! StephanieM 08-09-2007, 01:44 PM Good luck with school! Mine was 3,768.00 for 15 hours. Ouch. chelsea<3josh 08-09-2007, 05:25 PM im enrolled in 4 classes, 12 credits and it cost $961. That is at the community college, and compared to what it was when i went to michigan state university, it was about $800-$900/CLASS i feel pretty good with the semester costing that. i did look at book prices today, omgosh they are so damn expensive i hate buying books. your semester isn't too bad! good luck! :goodvibes |
