I teach a class that meets twice a week. The lectures are four hours long. On weeks that we have a third lecture on the weekend our class overlaps with lunch. We don't have time for a break for everyone to leave to get food so I normally provide snacks. If you were in my class, what types of snacks would you want?
(my students are anywhere from juniors in college to working professionals in their 40s)

maybe crackers like Cheese nips, or some wheat thins. Also Nilla waffers are a good idea. HTH

you could do crock pot foods also. Bear Creek makes an awesome potato soup that is easy to do in the crock, just add diced ham and frozen corn, let it cook for 3 hrs, stirring occasionally, and add cheese 30 minutes before you finish. It's yummy and inexpensive
