He's gone I cried like a baby - pre-deployment training is over now, and now he's gone for the big sand box. :sadwave I cried like a sobbing idiot at the airport, I couldnt help it - the good thing is a couple other soldiers and another wife was there and she was just as bad as I was. Our 4yr old kept saying he'll be back soon mommy, dont worry! He didnt shed a tear he just comforted mommy what a big, little man I have.

I am already counting down the days till R&R this winter and for it all to be over next summer!!!!! :attack Why does the Army have such LONG deployments!!!:temper

I am so sorry! My husband is leaving in November (and next week for training) and I am dreading the moment that I have to say goodbye. I know I am going to be a wreck. I am here to talk if you need me! :hugs

i was in the same position last week. the day i said goodbye to my DB was the worse...it cried the whole day after he left...

just hang in there...you can do this and we are here to support you :D

im sorry. it'll get better.. i never thought it would.. but it did. time went by real quick.. and less then two months til he gets home.. soon u'll be in my shoes and sayin the same things im sayin too u too another lady. trust me. it'll go by quick - keep urself busy. when i didnt do anything but sit around and cry.. it went by so slow.. but these past two months i've gotten really really busy - and time has flown! so i'll pray it does for u as well :)
