My name is Felicia, I'm 17, from Minnesota, and quite obviously I'm new here.

I'm the "girl waiting at home" for a Marine who has just entered Basic training, and a closer than close best friend to a soldier finishing up his last weeks of Advanced training.

I found a link to this site through a Yahoo! Answers post (I'm supposed to say Debra sent me at this pont), and am just looking for a bit of support I guess. Chances are high that "my boys" could get deployed within the next year, and I really don't have anyone to talk to about the ten million emotions that come with military connections.

If there's anything else anyone wants to know, just ask!
