Yes, I actually did get them in to the dr. I ended up spending about an hour or so on the phone arguing with tricare about where I could go. Basically they told me I better not go anywhere except Balboa b/c it wouldn't be covered. So, I went out there at about 10:30am and ended up spending a little more than 4 hours there :sick

Jaxon has an upper respiratory infection plus an ear infection. Plus she said just by telling her his history, he definitely has asthma. We were in the process of trying to get him diagnosed before we left great lakes but didn't actually end up getting it done. She said we should be able to get him diagonosed and get him set up with something preventative, once we're actually enrolled with a PCM. We got him prednasone oral, xopenex inhaler, a nebulizer with xopenex neb treatments, tylenol and amoxacillin for his ear infection. So, he's on lots of treatments right now but he'll hopefully start feeling better asap. he's not been himself this week because he's been feeling terrrrrible and not being able to sleep much because of his breathing issues.

The baby just has what he has basically but not as bad b/c he doesn't have the same breathing issues that Jaxon has had with the asthma and such. So, she said just continue with the tylenol, motrin and cough meds when needed.

We didn't even get around to the housing issue today but I plan on calling tomorrow to see whats going on. Regardless though, we'll be in a home in just 17 days :cp :D

The meds seem to have already helped him :wow He's only had two inhaler doses and one dose of everything else, but he seemed MUCH better last night. So, hopefully they'll work well for him and he'll start feeling better.

Of course today hunter woke up with the shits though :sigh He's had diarrhea all morning so once Jaxon starts getting better, it's only natural that someone else would get sick with something else :nutts

I hope they feel better soon. Both my kids have asthma (got it from me), and it's so hard to watch them deal w/ it. But the inhalers do work right away, which is great. Big :hugs to you guys. Glad you guys will be in your house soon. It'll be so nice to be settled!
