For those of you who use Paint Shop Pro 9 I just got it today and I have no idea of how to do anything yet. can someone tell me how to get layouts to use and where to save them at?

Do you have to have a program in order to do digital scrapping?? Can I just go to a webpage and download something or do I have to go buy one?

you need to have some form of photo editing program..I recommend paint shop pro if you are just starting out. Check out ebay, 9.0 is my favorite version. IF you google "digital scrapbooking" there are some great tutorials
