I am so sad to hear that they stopped the search. My heart goes out to all the sailors and their families.

One of the missing pilots(Lieutenant Ryan K. Betton) was my Division Officer back in 2003. He was also the officer that did my re-enlistment. He was a good man and a "sailor's sailor". He knew how to take care of his sailors. When my grandmother passed away he was willing to fight for me to get leave to go to her funeral. Even though we were on Deployment, and in the middle of the Indian ocean headed to the gulf. He will be sorely missed. :(

That is terrible. I was really holding out hope. The families, friends, and crew of those lost are in my prayers.
