I stopped spotting (brownish) 3 days ago. Since I am only 5 weeks, my RN said it was probably implantation bleeding. Well, last night when I wiped (since I check everytime now) there were like 2 very small specs of red, my DH is a corpsman and said it was really nothing to worry about. (He worked in the maternity/labor/delivery unit) It just happened again but there were like 5 or 6 red specs on the TP this time. Still no bleeding and no abnormal discharge, and no cramps. What could this be???

I was thinking that. Maybe some of the uterus lining or whatnot. I am having cramping, but I think I am dehydrated, and I know that's a major cause of cramping.

I would call or go to the ER

If it gets worst call or go in. I know some women do spot during their whole pregnance though.

I spotted on my period day. i didn't know i was pregnant at the time so i thought it was just a light period. i had a normal pregnancy after that. if you are worried you can always go to the doc and ask for a hormone level check

See, that's the thing. They are littlerly specs of something, like the size of a pin top. They looked red, but when I got one on my nail, it was brown. I have no cramps and no bleeding. This can't even be considered spotting. There is no discharge or anything, just these tiny little things coming out every once in a while when I pee. I feel fine though. I just didn't know if it was the lining that the little bean bit his way through or not. lol.
