Hey girls, did you get really anxious ( fear and a feeling of constant adrenaline rush through your body) before you delivered? Ugh..I wonder if its the hormones? How did or do you calm yourselves or relax? My moods swing and sometimes I have heart palpitations at night. I wonder if all that is "normal"? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks....:nutts

I was always told when you start the "nesting" mode. I cleaned like crazy and needed to keep moving and couldn't sleep at night.
Everyone is different though.
Oh yeah. Especially when I knew it was "time" I got a huge adrenaline rush.

When my nesting phase kicked in I was scrubbing floors on my hands and knees 1am. When I finally finished, I went to bed. My water broke after 4am and she was here at 5:11am.
I didn't have a clue with my second one. I don't remember anything different that day. I just started having contractions, counted for 1 hour then she arrived an hour later (2:11am)
