:duh can anyone help me? i feel like an idiot. not only did i lose his address, but i have no idea what his "rate" is. is that his job or his rank? i feel so dumb for not knowing. my gut is telling me it's CS and a number for culinary specialist, but i can't remember what goes in front of his name when i address his mail.
