Who do you guys go through to get your cable/phone/internet done? The only one I know of is cox, I didnt know if there was a different one to look into. Thanks!

Thanks so much. Yeah, DB says he hates cox, but honestly, I dont know if he's ever had to deal with them. I think thats more of a "my friend says it so I'll say it too" thing. Thanks for the info!

I have Cox, and I absolutely hate 'em. I've had so many problems in the very few weeks that we've actually lived here. The cable box went out (was bad) so they came and fixed it...and in fixing it, they screwed up my internet service. I work from home and it's my livelihood (other than DH, of course), and when I told them that, they still said the earliest they could get someone out to fix it was FOUR days from the date they screwed it up.

It was THEIR fault and I still had to wait four days to get it fixed. NOT COOL.

I have cox they are not bad I have them for just the cable though not the entire bundle that would just give them too many chances to mess up

Haha, understandable...then who do you get your internet from? Cause I know we'll be ok if we just use the cell phone plan we already have, and honestly, we dont use cable that much as it is. The internet is really the only thing we cant live without :)

I have Verizon for my DSL and they are great, I also have them for my home phone and that is even better and their prices are good.

I just did not want the satilite (sp?) and all that that they offer because with the storms that we get around here my neighbors are always loosing signal, that and when the planes are flying

we have verizon for our DSL,Phone and Direct TV and it has been a NIGHTMARE we have been here 6 months and never paid a normal bill because they mess up so much! everytime someone moves in we lose our phone and dsl service i hate VErizon!

We have Cox for cable, phone and internet. We've had some issues with the internet, but that finally seems to be fixed.
I think most phone/cable/internet companies suck one time or another, it's hard to find something that's good. We used to have Verizon DSL and that was horrible.
