NEWARK, N.J. -- New Jersey officials said late Friday that the 13-year-old girl who claimed she was abducted this week actually cut school and met an older teen for sex.

A Bergen County prosecutor said it looked like the girl "left her home willingly" and there's no evidence of abduction.

Sebastian Osorio, 19, is charged with criminal sexual contact. Authorities said the sex was consensual, but a 13-year-old can't grant legal consent to sex in the state.

Investigators said the pair engaged in sexual conduct that didn't include intercourse.

The girl failed to show up for school Monday and sent her mother text messages by cell phone claiming she was being held and abused by captors.

She resurfaced Thursday in New York City and told authorities she'd been raped by two men there.
