To the OP It doesn't sound VERY much different from OUR rules though and the way they are written is intended to incite discord. I liked reading their constitution because it explained things MUCH better. who ever wrote that wanted to make Mexico look bad but when you read their actual constitution it makes sense. After all we have several states that are refusing welfare & government assistance to undocumented immigrants (AZ passed such a law last voting period) AND you can not be President unless you were born here etc.
