These are one of our favorites and so easy to make!
Russian Tea Cakes
1 cup butter (2 sticks of butter ;) )
1 tsp vanilla
6 Tblsp powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and vanilla until smooth in mixer. Add 6 tablespoons sugar and the flour and mix until blended. Mix in chopped walnuts. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. When cool, roll them in the remaining powdered sugar. They also freeze well :)

Favorite peanut butter and chocolate cookies just got quicker with refrigerated cookie dough!
1 (18-oz.) roll Pillsbury® Refrigerated Peanut Butter Cookies
3 tablespoons sugar
36 KISSES® milk chocolates, unwrapped
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with 1 milk chocolate candy, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely before storing.

Oh i use chocolate chips in mine!! Nestles makes these holiday shapes chocolates and they are so awesome!
