just some general advice, since I have just had a lovely experience with them. :grumpy fax in your paperwork don't mail it in, also make sure you update your DEERS address because apparently i am a moron who didn't know to do that and got laughed at when I told the guy on the phone i never had to do that before. :mumble oh and they won't notify you of anything, and the websites are pretty much crap, so :tu goodluck if you are dealing with them for the first time.

Wow, sorry you've had such a horrible experience. I feel so lucky because in the four years we've been TPR we have had nothing but excellent experiences....though I do have to agree about the website issue - what information they do have there (ie providers) is somewhat dated, at best.

I think its more the initial insert into the system.. of course they didn't tell dh anything pertinant at school or at work. I hate the senior man with a secret game.

My friend deals with them as well and said it's a major pain in the tush for her. She's always having problems getting information and appointments.
