I actually just bought the book like a month ago, its a really good book, I really recommend it just be sure to have tissues with you though. I dont think my eyes were once even dry while I read the book lol.

I submitted a story and it was considered as a finalist for the book - but they didn't use it :banghead. So in other words, I'm not good enough for their stinky book - I've got this pregnancy aversion to chicken anyway, if I bought the book, it would probably make me yak. :P

I have but am only able to read one story at a time before I'm crying my eyes out. But it is worth the buy.

Oh goodness, it was back in...ummmmm 2003? I don't have it anymore. It was on my old OLD harddrive, but we don't have that computer anymore. It was about Pepper (our dog) and all of the circumstances around when and how we brought him home. (L)

I shared it here, but that was before the board expansion and we were on a different server. Some of the girls might remember it though...some of the really OOOOOOLDIES :giggle

its very good, i finished it in 2 days, and cried through a lot of it.. i would reccomend it to anyone who is even dating a military man! it may be the best book i have ever read.. puts a lot of light on subjects you may not think about / want to think about..

i agree that book is so good. it kind of gave me a sense of what to expect as a military spouse

yeah i did...bought it last year. its really good, and i enjoyed reading it in my free time.

I LOVED IT, it made me all proud inside when there are nights like i am having tonight when i want nothing more than to do some harm to the man. the one for the couples soul is really cute too.

I went out & bought it..It's a great book..Definately one that you can keep reading over & over again..It's definately worth buying :yes

even tho im only a girlfriend i still bought it..it was a beautiful book..theres some stories that will definitely bring out some tears. good tho!

and I have that book...love it, and I'm sure i'll be reading it again as we gear up for this deployment

I LOVED it.

it is really worth it, it was a book I couldnt put down. I ended up sending it to my mom after I read it so she could read it. I recommend it. there is also a few other books I would recommend like homefires and homefront and a year of absence. they are all really god books

definitely worth buying. i happened across it at one of the shops at Fort Jackson and bought it when I was down there for DH's BCT graduation. One of the few books I have read cover to cover. I have a problem finishing books but this one is a page turner. i highly recommend it.

my library is supposed to order it for me...but i still haven't heard anything...it's been over a month...:(

I checked it out at the library but was not too crazy about it, I could not even finish it.

im going to go buy it!
