Ok I havent started my period yet? Is that normal? How long did it take for you to get yours??
I am not breast feeding anymore(havent done it since 6 weeks) and im not on birth control(well sorta, dh being deployed, :lmao ).
I know I should be enjoying it while it lasts but its just been bugging me, I dont wanna get caught without anything. :neutral

It took me until around 6 or 7 months post partum to get a period. I think it just varies for everyone. They say to give your body quite awhile to regulate. I did however make an appointment at the Dr to find out why I hadnt had a period. Turned out my PCOS was back with a vengence so I was put back on my met after I got my first period finally.

With Kray I had my period again at 3 months postpartum. Bradley, on the other hand, is 6 months old and I got a half period last month and that is it.

I'm not "normal" so I'm probably not a lot of help. It was months after I had Taylor before I got a period. Give your body some time to adjust though, eventually it will come. :sadeyes

4-6 weeks post breastfeeding for me. Its normal to take up to a few months though :)

With Ashtin I had a period 6 weeks after having her.I didn't breastfeed with Ashtin.
With Gavin I didn't have a period till he was 11 months old. But i was breastfeeding him.

Thanks ladies, i just wanted to make sure that my 3 months of no period was in the normal range. I know I gotta give my body time and im all for it, no period, just dont wanna get caught without anything with me. that would suck

I had my first after my dd exactly 6 weeks after she was born. I've recently had an ectopic and am waiting to start - it's been over a month...

with madison i had one after a month i believe, maybe a little longer.
now with hayden... i haven't really had one at all. i thought i was starting a period and was done after a day so i have no clue what's going on.

Dustie, I had Riley just a few days after you had your baby and JUST got my period a couple of days ago, so I am sure it's fine! :)

Wyatt is 5 weeks today and for the past couple days I've been spotting a little, but not an actual period.
Glad you got it so you know what's going on :D
