I need a recipe to use w/ this meat. I got the meat priced down at the store this morning.

if it's like sirloin, try wrapping some spinach, cheese, and tomato or something inside the beef, roll it up, hold it with a toothpick, and bake it.

I'm make rollups with it... I make mine by marinating the beef in italian dressing, then rolling up cream cheese and pickled jalapenos inside. wrap the whole thing with bacon, hold together with a toothpick and grill.
