I'm going to make the cheesy enchilada recipe and today I couldn't find "adobo seasoning" in the seasoning section. Is that where it's at? What does it look like? I didn't make it to the "mexican" section so maybe it was there? I have to go back tonight to finish shopping.

Or is there some other seasoning you can use?

Thanks

(OOPS, that was Kristi that posted that recipe!)

You would find it with the ethnic/Mexican food, but.... if you can't find it here is a recipe for it.

Adobo Seasoning

4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt

I seen the recipe...but I'm no betty crocker and like it made so it's easy! :lol

Man, it's hard actually cooking REAL meals! :giggle We picked out 15 meals for me to cook (for 2 weeks) and buying all these stupid ingredients is a pain :giggle

I have always found it to be with the Goya food items. Almost all stores sell Goya brand.

Good luck with your meals! Thats the way I do it. I make my list for 15 meals and buy only what I need (most of the time)

That's a great way to plan Rach!! Give it time....you may become 'Betty Crocker' :)
