How did you make your dd's tutu??? And did you use a sewing machine:mrgreen

I am going out to get some tulle and ribbon and such to make one for dd for halloween and just wanted a little input before I pieced one together....TIA

Sorry. :blush I haven't been online much so I just saw this.
No real sewing except the elastic being stitched together for the waistband. It's all strips of 4" wide tulle tied onto the elastic. ;) I have make it sewing it on before, but this way is easier and it's a prettier tutu IMO.

I thought that might have been how you did it but wasn't too sure...........guess I'll get started on my little screwballs costume this weekend:P
