i'm totally craving for some beef tips and gravy tonight. so if anyone could help me out with a delicious recipe, PLEASE SHARE!

also, i don't have a crock pot, so no crock pot recipes! nor do i have an cast iron skillet..

This is how I was taught to make it. Hope you like it.


Pour vegetable oil (just enough to coat the bottem) in a skillet and set the temp to a medium heat
Combine flour and season salt in a bowl.
Cover beef tips with the flour/season salt mixture
Place beef tips in the warmed skillet and let them brown.
Keep and eye on them so they don't burn or stick to the bottom of the skillet.
Prepare a package of brown gravy in a bowl and set to the side.
Once the beef tips are browned pour in the gravy and stir until the gravy thickens.


That's pretty much it. I hope you like it and it comes out well.
