my husband is deploying in less than a week, and i still have no idea what the hell i am goin to do .... ? anyone want to travel.....want to see as much as possible before i go back to the states , or who knows i might decide to stay if i meet someone fun to travel the europe with ... dont be a stranger .

Ah! I just left Baumholder.

I went to Wiesbaden like every other weekend though. Lol it was one of the only sources of fun I had. Baumholder really sucked.

There are some great places in Germany- Garmisch is nice, and you arn't too far from france. If you want to go to London really cheap- try ryanair.com -- they have really cheap flights that leave Frankfurt Hahn airport.

Hamburg, Berlin, Munich- it's all there. I recommend seeing the alps. It's so beautiful and it's almost winter so it will be stunning.

welcome to sos!! I just left Germany, i was there for two weeks and it was awsome. We were at ramstein. I recommend going to heidleburg and wurzburg. also go down the rein river, there are so many awsome castles. if you decide to come to germany, let me know, i am in vicenza and would be glad to show you around here!
