Ingredients
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken cubed
2-3 stalks celery
4-6 carrots, diced
1 onion diced
1 cup shelled peas *can use frozen*
8 cups water
1 tablespoon chicken bouillion
1 tablespoon butter
salt & pepper to taste
1 bag egg noodles
In pot, place water,bouillion, butter and chicken. Bring to a rolling boil for about 15 minutes. Slowly add celery, carrots, onion, peas,salt and pepper. Continue to boil for 10 minutes. Add egg noodles, cook until noodles are soft. Season to own taste.
Total cook time approximately 35 minutes.
