I have this thing that I dont know what it is. It is right by the top of my butt crack and it hurts really bad. I dont know if it is a pimple, or if it is possibly a hemmroid:( I didnt think that you could get them all the way up there...I mean its not anywhere close to the rectum.. I am so sorry guys but it is really bothering me. First question is, do you know weather you can get hemmroids all the way up there(literally less than an inch bellow the top of the crack). Second if you dont think its that what the heck is it and how do I make it stop hurting. Thanks for any info and I am really sorry this is so TMI.

***UPDATE*** It is just a boil. She said its about ready to pop and to just take baths...real easy with only a shower...and warm compresses. I told DH that he cant laugh at me cause I am going to take DS's baby pool and put it in the shower and sit in it :rofl

it's probably a polynial cyst. You'll have to get it lanced.

Sounds like a boil or a pimple. I had one once, it hurt like a son-of-a-B but it went away after a week or so.. Hang in there, it should go away.. if it doesnt I would call the DR and have it lanced.

I have had a boil before and man did it hurt. I know they go away and I have some medicine that can help it. I looked up the polynial cyst and it scares the crap out of me:( I am going to try the boil medicine and if it doesnt work I guess I will go to the doc. I still would like other opinions. pop itttttttttttttt!! It sounds like a boil to me. Have someone who loves you very much help you. Boil some water and sanitize a needle in it. Wipe the area clean with alcohol and pop ittttttttttttt!! Then put a band-aid on that summbish. It might need to be drained again tomorrow or so. If it forms a head again, repeat the process. If it just stays red and hurty, clean it with alcohol, apply Neosporin+band-aid. Yeah - I'm all for home remedies :yes
