it hurts when i sneeze, my uterus hurts when i sneeze. that's normal right? it just tightens up painfully (like a cramp) when i sneeze

Oh man, I use to DREAD sneezing. I believe its because it pulls your already tightened ligaments and causes a little pain.

ahhahaha i did kegals too... they didn't prevent me from a few little "oops" hehe :D
